Terms of Service

Our Mission Statement

Milk + Honey aims to prioritise the client's comfort and experience within a welcoming and relaxed environment. I am trained to a high standard and use high quality products. I aim to be known for my exceptional customer service, attention to detail and high level of customer satisfaction. 

Punctuality and Courtesy

Please be aware the appointment times begin at the allocated appointment slot. 5 minutes extra is given to first time clients in order to allow time for initial consultation. If you do not attend or are more than 10 minutes late then full payment of the booked appointment will be charged. Please arrive promptly for your appointment as the treatment time will have to be reduced in the case of lateness. 

Cancellations

Please note that I hold a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. If this is not adhered to then you will incur the charge of the total treatment price. Less than 3 days notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments will incur the full appointment fee charge. 3-5 days notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments will incur 50% of the appointment fee charge. Appointments can be rescheduled twice within the notice period, after this, the client will have to re-pay the appointment fee to rebook. Any appointments with the value of £40 or greater must be pre-payed for in order to book.

Purchase of retail products

All retail products must be paid for at the time of purchasing or ordering.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or with the monthly offers. Vouchers cannot be redeemed between the 10th-31st of December in each calendar year. Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers must be redeemed in person only. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. If the treatment amount exceeds the cost of the voucher then the remaining balance must be paid in full by cash or debit card at the point of transaction. 

Price alteration

I reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation.

Data Protection Policy

Personal details taken from clients during consultation will be stored in line with GDPR guidelines. 

Medical Conditions

I ask that you disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable, you can give any relevant information on your client card.

Children 

Please note I am unable to allow children under 12 in the salon during treatments.

Hygiene

Salon hygiene is of the utmost importance and I therefore ask that all clients wash and sanitise their hands upon arrival. All of my tools and work areas are sanitised between treatments. My towels and linens are laundered according to HSE guidelines.
